🌈Hindu Mythology is fascinating and exciting, and its link to yoga may provide a pose with emotional purpose to pair with the PHYSICAL ASANA and MENTAL RELAXATION
🤞🧘♀️Starting April - every SECOND and FOURTH Wednesday - I am bringing 1.5hr of fun class of YOGA and STORY TELLING. . . 🌀Each class will be based on an ancient story for 20min and custom Yoga flow for 60min.
