About the Event

🧘‍♀️We all practice YOGA for various reasons - to be PEACEFUL, to FIND JOY, to CONNECT with our body, to STRETCH sore muscles etc. ... .

🌸But did you ever get curious where the yoga poses came from?

.

🔆Learning a few short stories behind the yoga poses may bring more joy and deeper understanding

. 🧘‍♀️ Many of the poses are named after stories in Hindu Mythology. .

🌈Hindu Mythology is fascinating and exciting, and its link to yoga may provide a pose with emotional purpose to pair with the PHYSICAL ASANA and MENTAL RELAXATION

🤞🧘‍♀️Starting April - every SECOND and FOURTH Wednesday - I am bringing 1.5hr of fun class of YOGA and STORY TELLING. . . 🌀Each class will be based on an ancient story for 20min and custom Yoga flow for 60min. At @weyogacenter . . ✅Swipe right to check out the themes and guest yogis who will share their art, wisdom and talent based on the theme. . 👍Sign up early for $10 or walk in for $15 (Text to sign up 919.391.9128) . 🧘‍♀️This is a unique yoga workshop with somuch to offer. Take advantage and experience the creativity and deepen your knowledge.
