Description
Learn to practice Yoga together to increase flexibility, strength, coordination and communication. We will learn breath awareness, yoga poses, and relaxation techniques. This class is geared to a wide range of participants. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing, bring a towel, and be prepared for some cooperative fun!
