✨ Intro to ancient Indian classical movement through sacred mudras - that is, invoking and communicating through gestures using   hands, legs, body, eyes followed with breath, mind and feeling 

✨ Practice n be in the flow 🧘‍♀️

✨ Intro and practice the sacred art of Belly dancing 💃🏼 

✨ Closing and of course gifts :)

✨ Get READY to move, laugh, be in your sacred feminine moves and maybe ready to sweat :)

✨ Comfortable breathing clothing (for easy movements )

✨ Your goddess crown (if you made one in my previous workshop) 

✨ Any of these scarf, crown, bracelets - anything that you want to you want for YOUR dance.
